I hired these consultants for a home inspection in Feb 2011. The candidate condo was located in south loop. Phil and Mike did a great job with the inspection. The inspection had to be at 6pm on a Saturday and I was happy that they could accommodate us for the inspection at a very short notice. The inspectors figured that the walls had a lot of moisture (using the thermal imaging) which lead us to do two mold tests in the house. The test came positive for black mold which put us (buyers) in a panic mode. Phil/Mike answered all my mold-related questions patiently and to the best of their knowledge. I, however, decided to skip that condo.

I found another condo in 20 days. I called this company again for inspection (again at a less than 24 hour notice). They did a thorough inspection. I also made them do a two mold inspection tests to cover the condo.

As a note - these folks had a special going on because of which I didn't have to pay for the second inspection (had to pay for the mold testing though). The special was something along the lines that : they give free inspection for 30 days on any (comparable) houses starting from the first inspection day, in case the prior house contract falls apart. Of course, I thought this was great! :-)

In summary, I am quite pleased with them :) And will recommend and work with them again in the future.
